Peggy Lam is the Chief Operating Officer of Acuitylab Biosciences, where she leads with nearly two decades of expertise in diagnostics and life sciences. Renowned for her operational acumen and strategic execution, Peggy drives efficiency, scale, and transformation across the company’s scientific and business functions.
Prior to joining Acuitylab in 2024, Peggy served for almost 13 years as Chief Operating Officer in a Hong Kong–based biotechnology firm specializing in DNA-based technologies. There, she played an instrumental role in streamlining operations, scaling innovation pipelines, and aligning multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
In 2012, she spent over six years as Corporate Manager, helping establish the company’s operational infrastructure during a critical period of expansion.
With a proven track record in business operations and company scaling, Peggy is a cornerstone of Acuitylab’s executive leadership—championing operational excellence and advancing the company’s mission in next-generation diagnostics.
